Gaming Powerhouse Flash Contest
Secret Weapon of the Virtual World I. Objective It's time to let your creative juice flow. Design a flash animation that highlights the power of ASUS' gaming hardware and get the chance to win some awesome prizes. II. Topics Please select one of the following topics for your animation. ● Build a gaming powerhouse with ASUS components. ● Anywhere gaming with ASUS A6J notebook. ● From dreams to reality with ASUS solutions. III. Rules ● Must follow PC platform rules (Win32, Linux or Java entry) ● Maximum length is 30 seconds ● Maximum resolution is 640x480x32b ● Maximum size is 2MB ● Must display the ASUS & WGT logo ● Must display ASUS product and show their benefits ● Feel free to include any text and audio IV. Judging criteria i. Creative 40% Art and tech 30% (visual design, audio performance, special flash effects) Product benefits 30% ii. ASUS and flash design experts will select the top 20 entries around the world for the final stage. A panel of judges will select a World Flash Champion and 5 honorable mention recipients. iii. An online voting will take place as well during the final stage and the “Voter's Choice Award” will be presented to the designers of the most popular animations. V. How to join ● Submit your entry by September 30, 2006 ● Register to WGT website first 1. Submit your work by email to titi_kristiani@asus.com.tw & please tell me your ID in WGT website 2.
