gw ambil paket untuk pendidikan unlimited....tagihan bulan pertama keluar yg harus nya 415rb doank keluar nya 825rb ..... sampe urus sana sini lempar2 in sana sini....akhir nya gw jengkel gw bilang ke CS gw mau ketemu pimpinan yg berwenang disana ato gw ajak ribut di tempat.... akhir nya keluar kepala bagiannya trus dia tandatanganin restitusi pengurangan tagihan....habis itu gw dapet bayar 415rb doank cuma harus bayar nya disana ga boleh di plaza telkom laen...takutnya kalo ada kesalahan lagi .... kayanya perlu sedikit kekerasan buat nyelesaiin kalo ada masalah sama telkom....kalo ngga CS nya lempar2 mulu.....suruh mbalik2 mulu katanya kalo ada kabar mau dikabarin tp ga dikabar2 in sampe gw kesana lagi cariin CS yg sama

gampang tingal fotocopy kartu pelajar loe
tp hati2 ya pengalaman gue,telkom itu penipu klo ga hati2 tagihan bisa normal,bukan sesuai paket yg di ambil

wih 10 jt hebat,ak pertama kali masang tembus 1,5 jt ma speedy dipotong jd 800 sekian katanya tagihan max speedy 800 rebu lbh
klo pertama kale masang kan petugasnya yg datang kerumah kita tingal siapin fotocopyan
tapi klo loe langganan lama ga tao lagi..
