semenjak gw upgrade ke sp1, kompi gw jg suka hang, malah kdg2 BSOD, sial....

ok ... quick report

hardware sama, E6300 @ 3200Mhz; 2x1GB DDR2 1100 5-5-4-8
yang digunakan adalah Windows Vista Home Premium

sebelum Patch
- Start-up lebih cepet daripada XP SP2 saya
- semua game yang saya install di partisi lain (dulunya ngisntall di XP) -> semua JALAN
- koleksi file FLV youtube MEMANG saya remote untuk always open with K-Lite's Media Player Classic dan ... it's worked!

sesudah Patch ke SP1 .... fresh install Vista (re-format)
- Start-up lebih LAMA ... boro-boro dibandingin XP Sp2, dibandingin ama Vista UNpatch aja jelas lebih lemot, ... apalagi abis screen "Welcome" dan HDD nyala terus kaya' ngatur paging file kali ya
- Game yang ada di partisi X enggak jalan bahkan Crysis ada pesan insert CD, bloody hell ... sebelumnya itu Crysis ada di partisi X, bisa aja aku run under XP, dan atau run under Vista UNpatch SP1 .... lalu game Bioshock gak jalan kudu reinstall eh?!
- semua file koleksi youtubeku gak mau run lewat MPClassic-nya K-Lite, even ALWAYS open with ... pasti lari ke Windows Media Player dan kagak mau jalan, cuma blank screen


tanpa sugesti berlebihan, ... saya nyatakan balik aja ke XP dah, sia-sia nunggu Vista SP1

^ dongkol banget, ampe manage free space buat nginstall SP1
resize, move, merge partition .. ampe ilang partisinya
trus install Vista lagi, reformat, re-install
install SP1 ... ya ileeeh .. malah lambretta bomba ... format lagi, wuz wuz tanpa SP1
kaya'nya SP1 diciptakan untuk user laptop pa ya soale di diskusi sebelah pada memuja-muja tu yg pake lappie .. gak tahu klo the power of suggestion yang main

enggak cocok buat user yang OC systemnya ampe 70%+ .. dasarnya udah cepet, di SP1 malah lemot

ehm.. ko' beda yah bro ama gw.

-setelah patch SP1, startup jadi lebih cepet kalo kasus gw.
-mengenai gaming... karena ga maen tuh game ga bisa komen, tapi emulator2 gw, NDS, PCSX2, pSX tetep jalan seperti sedia kala, yang jeas ga ada peningkatan performa ha5x
-beberapa setting yang aku buat memang kembali ke default, kayak tombol shutdown di sebelah lock (yang ada di start menu) yang sebelumnya aku set ke shutdown sekarang kembali ke default, SLEEP
tapi kalo masalah file type association ga berubah tuh, semua mediaku, termasuk FLV (download dari youtube) tetep masuk ke MP classic

masalah space, kayaknay vista SP1 rakus tempat nih....
abis update dan reboot, HD kemakan lagi 2GB... gila aja 2GB
meski setelah aku buang backup update, cuman bisa bebas 500an MB doank...
