Buka My Computer lambat???? - 28-08-05, 17:16
kenapa yak, setiap habis nge boot-up windows XP
Pertama kali gwe mo buka my computer, Lamaaaaaaaaaaaaa banget....
nongol gambar Senter (Searching gitu)
padahal DVD ama VCD drive udah gwe kosongin.....

tapi begitu udah bisa terbuka sekali, bila ditutup my Computernya, habis itu dibuka lagi, normal.
tapi bila kompie direstart, kambuh lagi..........

sekalian
DVD-RW gwe koq bisa ngadat ditengah jalan???
waktu lagi nonton DVD, mendadak "hang", bila diperiksa ke My Computer, katanya gak ada disknya padahal jelas jelas gwe lagi nonton pilem
ama, Tray DVD-RWnya gak bisa dibuka
kudu restart dulu, buka traynya sebelum Boot-up windows selesai
dan gwe udah pastikan itu bukan masalah dimedianya.......

(sebenarnya pas nggak seh gwe taruh ini di software )

kebanyakan program yang dijalankan saat start up tuh...
run msconfig, buka tab star up, kosongkan semua checklist yang ada di situ. restart PC dan rasakan bedanya

Untuk DVD, software yang digunakan apa? gw make media player classic yang freeware gak pernah ngadat, atau file dvdnya di rip dulu ke hardisk biar gak ngadat pake dvd decrypter, download

LOL...MPC nggak pernah ngadat?? Gwe sudah ngadat nggak terhitung berapa kali (versi 6.4.8.4)...tapi tetep jadi Media Player favorit gwe ...

Untuk nyetel DVD, dianjurkan make s/w khusus model PowerDVD atau sebangsanya, lebih cepat dan user friendly daripada MPC. MPC kalau nyetel DVD, start awalnya 2-3 kali lebih lama daripada PowerDVD. Lebih cepet Media Player 10 malah. Juga kalau make MPC, untuk nyalurkan data audio make SPDIF aja susah bener, nggak sesimpel PowerDVD.

Masalah yang ngadat, sudah pernah dicek belum kabel2-nya?? Mungkin sudah saatnya dipensiunkan =).

nganu......
ini bukan karena startup programnya kebanyakan.....
biar 1 jam habis window startup, bila itu pertama kali buka My Computer.
harus nunggu minimal 5-10 menit baru kebuka.

soal DVD, gwe pake round Cable bawaan dari mo-bo, dan udah dicoba digonta ganti pake cable lain, masih tetep error.
errornya bukan cuman waktu nonton DVD aja, copy dari DVD ke HD juga sering error kaya gitu.
nonton anime langsung dari DVD juga gitu.

Kalau ditonton dari HDD nggak papa kan??

Sudah ganti kabel Power Supply??

Kasusnya sebenarnya sama kayak DVD-RW BenQ gwe sih, bedanya pas ngeburn doang...mendadak ngehang BenQ-nya . Solusinya ya restart .

Masalah My Computer, sudah nyoba buka Windows Explorer?? Sama nggak butuh 10 menit??

Apakah mungkin "colokannya" atau "cara nyoloknya" yang gak pas..??? Atau bisa juga kabel powernya, mungkin aja "nyala-mati-nyala-mati"... Gue juga pernah gitu soalnya..

Soal yang hard disk.. mungkin gak karena DMA-DMA gitu? (gue gak tau soalnya gak pernah ngalamin). Kalo gak salah setingannya ada di device manager... Eh, siapa tau ajaaa...coba-coba..

Kalo DVD player..
Kalo yang bagus pake PowerDVD... tapi sayangnya kadang gak semua dvd bisa dimainin disitu, atau kadang-kadang subtitlenya terlalu geser...
Nah, kalo di PowerDVD gak bisa, baru gue pake WinDVD... Tapi sayangnya suara di WinDVD gak sebagus di PowerDVD...

Kalau karena DMA, paling banter kompie jadi nyendet2 pas transfer data, karena proc kepake banyak kalau make PIO (non DMA) . Tapi gwe lebih curiga ke hardware (DVD-ROM)-nya sih, mungkin ada komponen yang rusak .

WinDVD nggak secepat PowerDVD programnya, dan kalau nyetel DivX suka ngubah seenak udelnya sendiri Ratio-nya (kadang jadi cembung kadang jadi gepeng). Tapi emang feature-nya lebih banyak sih, sayang gwe nggak ada yang asli......yang asli PowerDVD semua ^^;;;

kalo powerdvd gambarnya suka pecah sendiri, MPC paling baik kualitas gambarnya(IMHO),
