benernya settingan kopling itu bisa dilonggarin jadi nggak terlalu keras. Mobil gw juga koplingnya empuk kok, nggak bakal kejang kejang kalo nginjek kopling.

Tapi ada beberapa hal yang paling enggak, perlu diperhatikan :

1. Ketinggian pedal kopling.

Makin tinggi pedal kopling, makin ketekuk kaki lo waktu injek kopling, makin gak kuat buat nahan kopling, makin cepet kram. Secara kesehatan gw ga tau gimana teknisnya, tapi secara pengalaman, kopling mobil macam vios / kijang ( toyota lah ) itu bikin kaki cepet kejang karena ketinggian. Solusinya, turunin ketinggian pedal kopling. Minta tolong sama bengkel langganan.

Gw biasanya nyetting kopling agar bisa gw injek tanpa tumit gw perlu melayang terlalu jauh ( max cuma 1-2 cm ) buat nginjek kopling. Cocok buat Speeding.

2. Kedalaman kopling.

Makin dalem koplingnya, makin jauh kopling harus di injek. Ada 2 hal dasar yang bisa jadi perhatian yang menyebabkan kopling terlalu dalam :
1. Kopling udah aus.
Kopling aus bikin kopling selain dalam, juga keras. Membutuhkan usaha tambahan bagi otot kaki untuk ganti kopling. Apalagi jika nggak didukung dengan sikap duduk yang baik. Pasti cepet kejang kakinya. Keuntungan terbaik dari kondisi kopling aus ada pada saat dimana matahari udah nggak bisa nyentuh gear nya, lo bisa pindah kopling dari 1 ke 2, 3 dst tanpa perlu injek kopling Tapi ya habis itu rusak
2. Emang terlalu dalam.
Kopling terlalu dalam tentu saja bikin kaki harus mati matian nginjek kopling, apalagi kalo koplingnya keras kurang grease. Bisa bikin kejang kejang sejak awal. Cek di bengkel apa sebabnya. Jika sudah, minta agar kedalaman kopling dikurangi, dulu accord gw koplingnya hampir 30cm, setelah gw adjust, kedalamannya bisa 8cm doang koplingnya. Lagi lagi, ini cocok buat speeding. Tapi nggak bikin kaki kejang.

3. Posisi duduk.

Terlalu dekat sama setir itu nggak asik. Duduk terlalu tegak bikin kaki cepet lelah, terlalu tiduran bikin awareness dan reflex berkurang. Mundurin bangku, usahain kaki nggak sampai terlalu nekuk kalau nginjek kopling. Cara paling gampang yang biasa gw lakukan buat adjusting posisi duduk adalah dengan make tangan sebagai patokan. Pegang setir bagian atas tangan gw harus tegak lurus, sementara megang setir bagian bawah tangan gw nggak sampai nyentuh perut ( secara perut gw gede hehehe ). Akan mempermudah cara nyetir dan kopling dll. Setting ini setting general, buat daily usage enak, speeding juga enak. Menurut gw sih.

Olahraga ? Hehe
Olahraga bagus buat ningkatin stamina dan awareness waktu nyupir, tapi bukan berarti lo harus jadi manusia super buat bisa nyetir mobil khan ? Olahraga kaki gw rasa hampir nggak bermanfaat kalau kopling lo tetep keras. Malah, mungkin semua orang bakal cepet capek kalo nyetir mobil lo.

Gw kalo nyetir mobil gw (+posisi duduk yang baik), bisa seharian penuh nyetir tanpa perlu kram / kejang2. Kalo make mobil orang baru bentar aja kaki gw udah kejang kejang LOL. Kaki gw terhintung lemah, tapi cukup kuat di otot paha. Apalagi kaki gw yang buat nginjek kopling ini pernah patah. Kalo koplingnya keras, tulang kering gw pasti sakit.

Pindah ke otomatis memang enak. Tapi itu di awalnya, soale kaki kanan terlalu banyak dipake sedangkan kaki kiri bener bener nganggur, paling enggak untuk gw yang terbiasa gas dan rem pake kaki kanan. Begitu keluar dari mobil, gw malah pincang. Karena kaki kiri gw rasanya ringan ky kapas, kaki kanan gw malah letoy karena standby nginjek gas terus, ga bisa mainan kopling. Otot kaki kanannya yang jadi terlalu tegang.

^ setuju dengan tips unwinged... tambahan dikit2... waktu nyetir coba bikin se comfortable mungkin dech... terasa dimana ga enak sebelum nyetir langsung di adjust... jangan ampe di tengah jalan baru cari tempat adjust... itu namanya cari pasal... ^^ bikin ruwet...!!! kalo ga bisa2 terjadi masalah gede kek gue... lupa adjust left side mirror alhasil kesenggol ama tong sampah >,<! hikz... my precious celica... hikzzzz

tul lagipula mobil jaman sekarang kopling nya diadjust scr digital (pake laptop).

tp setiap mobil itu beda toleransi koplingnya.
misalnya ada yg ---IIIIIIII~~~~, ato yg ---IIII~~~, bahkan ---II~~~.
FYI mobil gw yg ---II~~~ agak susah jg penyesuaiannya.

Pokoknya urusan adjusting, minta tolong bengkel aja. pasti lebih sip lah daripada di adjust sendiri. Jangan lupa, tanya tanya, ambil ilmunya jadi kalo perlu adjust sendiri di tengah jalan bisa.

kalo urusan accelerate, mobil jaman sekarang udah pake AI sendiri dari ECU nya. Caranya adjustingnya gampang.

Mau boros tapi enak buat speeding ? Cabut aki di tempat peristirahatan di jalan tol, biarin 1 menit, pasang lagi. Stater, sebisa mungkin ngebut gila gilaan di jalan tol. Nantinya pola nyetir ngebut itu udah di pasang sebagai pola default mobil. Sayangnya ini nggak mempengaruhi secara fisik di ketinggian pedal pedal.

FYI aja,
mobil gw ketinggian pedal nya rata.
kopling, brake sama gas itu sama. Soalnya kadang kadang gw suka iseng drfiting dan ketinggian pedal yang sama sangat membantu, terutama untuk setengah kopling, sambil ngerem, sambil ngegas.

Cuma ketinggian pedal yang rata bisa bikin bingung orang yang make mobil lu dikirain rem, ternyata kopling

jadi jauh nih ngomongnya. pardon my big mouth hands. BTT lah.

oo... iya2 berkat sampeyan2 saya menjadi lebih ngerti nih..
iya ya kayaknya koplingnya agak ketinggian secara saya pake toyota SUPER kijang G 1.8 tu kan mobil lama. saya mensiasatinya ga ngopling terlalu dalem, pokoknya gigi udah bisa di ganti a udah, brasa bgt ampe bikin kaki kejang tu pas setengah kopling, pas mundur ato parkir mundur tapi ga dapet2 posisi yg pas disertai perasaan takut dan was2 nyerempet hal yg tidak2.. makasih infonya..

loh sapa yg nanya cara ningkatin acceleration yah
gw cuma mo bilang toleransi kopling dari setiap mobil itu beda2, walaupun udah diubah ketinggian koplingnya, dsb dll.
