fix-nya ya posisi tidur lu yg bener..bagusnya ya terlentang horizontal..miring2 dikit si gpp..

kalo soal penyebab si setau gw lebih banyak disebabkan karena salah posisi tidur..jadinya mulut kebuka..netes deh..

Hmm..sebenernya si beberapa faktor berpengaruh..selain posisi bisa juga gara2 struktur gigi yang ga memungkinkan si mulut untuk nutup/mingkem sempurna..sebetulnya ga jadi masalah kalo posisi tidurnya itu horizontal..

Waktu lagi dalam keadaan biasa/ga tidur..secara ga sadar kita nelan air liur sedikit demi sedikit..lain halnya pas kita lagi tidur..mekanisme reflek ga sadar tadi menurun..otot2 jadi lemas..memang si produksi air liur juga berkurang..tapi ada kalanya bisa nambah..gara2 belum gosok gigi..sariawan..gigi berlubang..dll.. nah itu jadi pemicu juga ngiler..

Jadi ya intinya selain posisi yg paling penting jaga aja kebersihan gigi sebelum tidur..

gw jg kadang2 ngiler si..

Iye..tonggos..jadi mingkemnya ga perfect..

Ngiler tuh inevitable..pasti ada saat di dalam waktu tidur kita dimana posisinya tuh bisa bikin iler keluar..kecuali kalo lu tidur difixir dalam keadaan horizontal.. eww..kok inget S&M ya gw..
