Migrain, Apa sih Penyebabnya? - 16-05-08, 10:46
Dah 3 hari terakhir ini, tiap bangun pagi selalu ngga seger rasanya, karena selalu migrain (sakit kepala sebelah). Mengganggu banget nih karena selalu kenanya di pagi hari, pas mau mulai aktifitas

Ntar makin siang, berangsur-angsur berkurang sendiri sakitnya, tapi ntar besok paginya gitu lagi. Padahal gua dah tidur cepet terus kalo malem, dah jarang banget begadang, karena sejak sembuh dr gejala tipus, memang kondisi badan masih ngga fit sampe sekarang, gampang banget sakit.

Pak dokter, tolongin dong, apa sih penyebabnya, dan ngilanginnya gimana


Btw, kapan dokternya bakal jawab thread gua ya, dokternya kan baru punya maenan baru

Tapi sebelumnya perlu saya tanyakan:

1. Apakah sering pilek di pagi hari?
2. Ada riwayat alergi?
3. Klo kena sinar terang/matahari apakah menjadi sangat silau/tidak mengenakkan?

Migrain merupakan salah satu jenis sakit kepala yang bersifat:
1. unilateral, artinya menyerang salah satu sisi kepala
2. Berdenyut, artinya nyeri kepala yg dirasakan berdenyut sesuai dengan irama denyut jantung.
3. kadang disertai dengan keluhan mual/muntah --> utk kasus sedang-berat
4. durasi dari 5 menit sampai 1 jam
5. kadang disertai aura, yg tersering adalah visual aura, jadi kita merasa melihat cahaya yg terang sekali, melihat sesuatu yg zigzag (susah neranginnya aura ini)..

klo sudah memenuhi kriteria diatas, baru bisa disebut migraine attack.

Penyebabnya macem2:
1. alergi
2. berhubungan dengan siklus haid
3. stress
4. dll

Pengobatannya ya dengan anti nyeri + penyembuhan faktor penyebabnya..

Untuk penanggulangan darurat ada cara yg murah meriah, yaitu minum kopi! Tapi klo deg2an ya jangan heheuheuh

Wah gw paling sering tuh pusing, karena telat makan atau tekanan darah tinggi

Kalo dah pusing biasanya gw minum obat ponstan (penahan sakit)

Obat lain udah nggak mempan lagi (paramex / panadol)















Berhasil tidak dipuji, gagal dicaci maki, hilang tidak dicari, mati tidak diakui ...
