Ga bisa bro..satu2nya cara utk deteksi kolesterol tinggi ya melalui pemeriksaan lab..

Kecuali penyakit lain yang disebabkan oleh karena kolesterol tinggi..misalkan penyakit penyempitan pembuluh darah akibat kolesterol tinggi..klo itu secara fisik bisa dilihat..tapi utk kolesterol tingginya itu sendiri ya harus dicek laboratorium darahnya..
