Kolesterol tinggi itu gak ada gejala khasnya..

Gejala yang umumnya diceritakan oleh penderita yang menderita kolesterol tinggi sebetulnya adalah gejala dari penyakit lain yang penyebabnya adalah kolesterol tinggi..sebagai contoh penyakit penyempitan pembuluh darah (atherosclerosis) yang manifestasinya misal pusing..cepat lelah..dll..

Menghindari..? satu2nya ya diet..

Kalo kolesterol tinggi ya jgn makan makanan berlemak tinggi aja.. (ex : sate kambing <--favorit gw.. ) ..

Sekali lagi..kolesterol tinggi itu ga ada gejalanya..makanya ini termasuk penyakit yang silent killer..manifestnya muncul setelah parah (penyempitan pembuluh darah).. jadi hati2..

Kalau kolesterolnya terkontrol..ya ga sampe mati kok..
