knape klo makan snack/gorengan banyak2 kayak pringles, mr potato dll, kadang2 bisa sakit tenggorokan/batuk/demam

kayaknya kok tenggorokan gw sensitip banget
cara nyegahnya gimane? minum air 1 tengki setelah makan snack ato minum redoxon 1kg

mungkin akibatnya belum terasa dalam waktu dekat, but gw waktu masih kecil suka banget makan chiki and akhirnya gw suka banget kena radang tenggorokan. bahkan pernah keracunan MSG
