Yupp..stress jelas salah satu faktor yang signifikan sebagai penyebab nyeri kepala..mekanisme sederhananya adalah karena stress itu memicu syaraf yang nyebabin pembuluh darah jadi sempit..termasuk pembuluh darah otak..akibatnya suplai oksigen dan nutrisi kurang..otak akhirnya nge-respon dengan mengirim sinyal rasa sakit..
