Itu tuh..gerakan ngulet..stertching badan abis bangun tidur..

Gw biasa melakukan itu setiap habis bangun tidur..selama 10 menit..sejak dari jaman SD..gw si percaya2 aja kalo ngulet tu bisa bikin tinggi..

Tp pas masuk kedokteran baru tau kalo waktu 10 menit yang gw abisin sepanjang hidup gw itu ternyata sia2..wanjreet..
