gua kasih info itu namanya gejala jantung lemah jangan kan joging,lo olah raga ringan aja lo kringetan luar biasa.bener gak nah kalo udah kayak gtu biasanya cek cardio di dokter,sebenarnya ada solusi lain boleh percaya bleh tidak ini bukan konsultasi lho tpi saran,pertama pantangan makan dging kmbing ama duren+jeroan,kedua tahap rehabilitasi alias penyembuhan PENTING mul,lo pijat bagian telapak kaki sampe ktemu ada benjolan kecil banget kayak krikil halus lo pijat sampe rata SAKIT LHO,itu saraf penting bgt,klo gak kuat btuh orang lain utk mijat trus pijat betis pelan2 aja soale sakit bgt nah itu saraf lho kena smua,makanya dibikin normal,thap sljutnya tekan keatas bagian ketiak dalam, itu juga sakit.mau solusi lain hubungi gua kalo lo masih percaya dokter siap2aj tambah parah ,paling paling suruh cek up terus +beli obat obat gak karuan bener gak
