Are u serious..? Kurus bgt bro..? Makan banyak tu ya harus bagus polanya..jgn cuma banyak di saat2 tertentu aja..bisa kok & harus konstan..

Ya kurus jg ada pengaruh genetik/turunan..& bisa juga emg tingkat metabolisme tubuh kamu tinggi atau asupan makananmu kurang karena nafsu makan kurang/makanannya kurang kandungan gizinya..

makan 5 kali sehari bek...porsi kecil aja, bagusnya yg ngandung protein tinggi...dada ayam bagus tuh, bisa ditambah juga susu hi-protein. soalnya aku kurus juga...coba cara seperti itu lumayan nambah 3Kg. aku minum susu Nutrabolics IsoGainer mengandung 60gr protein per servingnya, tapi harganya muhul...600rb-an 2.5Kg

ini bisa bikin gemuk cuma seminggu, abis itu kurus kering 2 tahun....

gua masih bertahan koq...malah skrg gak turun lagi. emang dah pernah nyoba? aku nyoba soalnya aku termasuk susah nambah berat badannya.
aku juga coba ikut fitness, bukan mau jadi ade rai...tapi ngejar sehatnya, coz gua sadar pola hidup kurang sehat, kurang tidur terutama. gitu abis selesai latihan pasti nafsu makan gua nambah...akhirnya gua makan banyak...tidurnya malam tidur juga lebih pulas....coba deh, namanya juga usaha...bukan nyoba minum susunya loh, ntar dikira jualan gua coba makan porsi kecil 5x sehari

Iya..saran bagus tuh dari boysnocry...

Fitness atau olahraga aerobik (yang banyak melibatkan pernafasan) itu bagus untuk melancarkan peredaran darah..khusus untuk fitness..dia bagus untuk menambah massa/berat tubuh..

Orang yang fitness itu perlu asupan energi yang lebih banyak..so kalo fitness perlu diimbangi sama asupan protein tinggi yang dibutuhin untuk membangun tubuh..selain itu juga perlu istirahat yg cukup supaya tubuh diberi kesempatan untuk meregenerasi..

Ayo bek..hidup sehat
