Even Video Game Award, atau VGA yang baru dilangsungkan memberikan beberapa kejutan, yang pertama datang dari pihak EA yang memberikan trailer Medal of Honor terbaru.[cut]

[/cut]Dari trailer yang diperlihatkan pihak EA dan DICE tersebut, game bergenre First Person Shooter ini tampak "sedikit" mirip dengan Modern Warfare series, entah karena adegan cinematic dalam game tersebut, atau karena keduanya mengabil setting modern, atau bisa saja dikarenakan keduanya merupakan game FPS yang sangat bagus. Yang pasti dari trailer yang diperlihatkan game ini sepertinya akan memuaskan penggemar FPS.

Kejutan kedua datang dari pihak Eidos dan Rocksteady, yang mengkonfirmasi mengenai rumor Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 ! tidak hanya mengkonfirmasi, pihak Rocksteady juga memperlihatkan trailer pertama dari game tersebut. Dari trailer tersebut diperlihatkan kekacauan yang melanda kota Gotham, dan diperlihatkan pula Joker sebagai biang keladinya. Sayang tidak diperlihatkan bagaimana sosok Batman dalam game ini, namun sepertinya Arkham Asylum 2 tidak hanya terpaku pada RSJ tersebut, dari trailer tersebut tampaknya gamer akan melakukan aksi lebih banyak di kota Gotham, mungkin dapat dibuat sedikit "open world" ?

Seftin Hill, Game Director dari Rocksteady mengatakan pihaknya cukup bangga dengan kesuksesan game Batman: Arkham Asylum, dan benar-benar merasa terhormat untuk melanjutkan game lainnya dari sang Dark Knight.
