Berikut ini video yang memperlihatkan salah satu multiplayer mode dalam game BioShock 2, yaitu Capture the Sister
[cut]Pada multiplayer mode, pemain dimasukkan ke dalam cerita yang terpisah di mana perang saudara telah pecah di Rapture sebelum peristiwa dari game pertama. Dalam mode multiplayer pemain bertindak sebagai subyek uji plasmid untuk sebuah perusahaan bernama Sinclair Solutions. Pemain akan melalui peta multiplayer seperti Mercury Suites dan Kashmir Restaurant dan memiliki kemampuan untuk meng-hack bot keamanan atau mencari Big Daddy suit.

Sebuah mode baru, mirip dengan capture the flag disebut 'Capture the Sister' akan diperkenalkan, di mana pemain harus mencari Little Sister yang dilindungi oleh Big Daddy didalam peta, kemudian membawanya dan menempatkannya dalam salah satu lubang ventilasi khusus. BioShock 2 dijadwalkan hadir 9 Februari 2010 untuk PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, dan PC.[/cut]
