Acer masuki pasar Console - 18-03-08, 16:08


Produsen laptop asal Taiwan yaitu Acer berencana memasuki pasar console game, menyaingi Sony, Microsoft dan Nintendo. Hal tersebut berdasarkan pernyataan dari Senior Vice President Acer yaitu James T. Wong kepada Betanews.com, yang mengatakan bahwa perusahaannya berencana membangun console dengan sistem berbasis open standards yang dalam artian tidak baku seperti console yang sekarang beredar di pasaran (XBoX 360, Wii, Playstation 3).

Open standards yah, jadi keinget konsol phantom dari Infinium Labs..yang dulu gembar gembor juga bakal jadi pesaing kuat...akhirnya malah canceled.almarhum

klo menurut gwe dibutuhkan dana super besar dan support dari developers game buat bisa exist di bisnis ini. Pemain2 besar kaya Sony, Microsoft dan Nintendo sama2 kuat dalam hal itu. Gwe ga yakin Acer bakal mampu menyaingi mereka (jangan2 jadi wacana doank kaya phantom), wong apple ja ga brani..cuma konsentrasi sama the next iphone games project.

Kalo iya ini bener terjadi..Acer kudu punya studio game yang nge-back-up bagusnya si studio besar macem EA atau Ubisoft..baru deh langgeng..
