IAHGames dan Hanbitsoft yang mengelola server Hellgate : London untuk kalangan asia ternyata mendapatkan kesulitan dalam implementasi patch mereka. Patch tadi hanya memungkinkan untuk di lakukan, sayangnya data user yang sudah ada akan terhapus.

Pihak IAHGames dan Hanbitsoft berusaha untuk menghilangkan kekecewaan pelanggan Hellgate : London asia dengan membebaskan biaya berlangganan selama 60 hari bagi mereka yang sudah membeli box set Hellgate : London.
