No hard feeling my friend , but my upload speed is "just" 96 kilobyte/sec, and the half of it already used by Torrent ^^;;; The remaining bandwith is reserved for browsing only ^^;;;

Why i doing that, because my internet is using ADSL, and ADSL download performance is highly dependent on the remaining upload speed. If i use more than 75% of my "little" 96 kilobyte/sec, then download speed will be down significantly .

Sekedar informasi.

Beberapa minggu yang lalu aku nonton berita di salah satu stasiun TV swasta Indonesia. Ternyata animasi film serial kartun Pokemon dan Sailor Moon dikerjakan oleh orang-orang asli Indonesia yang berperan sebagai animator, tepatnya dikerjakan orang-orang yang berdomisili di pulau Bali. Mereka mendapat kontrak dari pihak pusatnya di Jepang selama kurun waktu 11 tahun sejak tahun 1991-2002. Pihak Indonesia berperan sebagai animator sedangkan jalan cerita dikerjakan oleh pihak Jepang.

Namun sekarang kontrak tersebut sudah dialihkan ke China karena dengan alasan kecepatan pengerjaan di China lebih cepat dari Indonesia.

Aku sendiri nggak nyangka ternyata negara kita punya potensi yang cukup besar dalam perannya sebagai cartoon animator. Sayang sekali hal ini tidak dilirik oleh para praktisi film Indonesia sendiri.
