Tapi pun begitu, tergantung kondisinya bisa di-"benar"-kan.

Misalnya kalo World Gov dan Pirate ternyata punya tujuan baik untuk harkat hidup masyarakat banyak, tentunya manapun yang menang, membawa tujuan baik.

Disitu udah dikasi tau kalo kedua pihak sama sama memerangi musuh yang sama, tapi mereka saling serang dulu karena kurang komunikasi. Jadi dalam hal itu, keduanya bisa dianggap benar.

Tapi masalahnya khan world gov pengen banget untuk menghapus Pirate.

Ada banyak hal yang menunjukkan ini, beberapa diantara nya adalah :

- Sichibukai. 7 Pirate paling gila sedunia yang di "impoten" kan oleh World Gov sementara karena dikasi kedudukan cukup tinggi ( termasuk Mihawk dan Donquixote Do Flamingo, yang melihat arah pembicaraannya, mereka bukanlah orang yang mau di peralat World Gov. Beda kalo dibandingin sama Bartholomew Kuma dan Si Budha Perang itu.


- Memperkecil jumlah pirate dengan cara meletakkan harga pada masing masing bajak laut sehingga semakin sulit bagi mereka untuk mengembangkan sayap.

Dan hal ini pasti karena suatu sebab. Kalo menurut kata kata nya Prof Clover sih, justru World Govt itulah yang bad people.

Hmmmmm, gw sih yakin kalo World Govt yg dipimpin kakek2 bangsat itu yg salah. tp tidak semua anggota Angkatan Laut yg salah, contohnya Smoker dan Jaguar D Saulo.

Sichibukai bukannya 8 (included Crocodile) yah? tp spt kata Smoker, "Bajak Laut tetap saja Bajak Laut"

^ yup, tapi (tdk semua) Pirate bisa dikatakan pihak yg benar

IMO, sistem kerja World Govt itu mirip ama Galactic Empire di Star Wars. Menghancurkan segala sesuatu yg menghadang dan mengganggu, tp di kesehariannya tdk menyakiti rakyat
