Hal ini udah cukup lama mengganggu pikiranku. Legalkah Fansub itu ? Temanku yang aku mintai pendapat berpikiran bahwa Fansub itu ilegal karena menggandakan. Tapi menurutku sih legal selama video-nya didapat dari merekam acara TV-na bukan hasil DVD-rip. So kalo menurut kalian gimana ?

wa sampe berantem sama anak forum lain gara-gara masalah ini.
seriously, di Indonesia, fansub itu Legal karena acara TV-nya belum ada yang license di sini. kalau udah ada perusahaan yang licensed film itu BUAT perusahaan INDO, baru bisa dikakan Illegal terhadap judul yang bersangkutan.

masih bingung apa bisa dikatakan illgal ato ngga karena fansub tidak diperjual-belikan. yang illegal itu kalau diperjual-belikan. selama cuma sharing, seharusnya sih legal.

butik2000 selamat gara-gara mereka jual barang-barang fansub... gak kayak dulu waktu kasus ShinSaga, pity....
