Google Web Accelerator - 23-03-07, 09:14
Ni gw ngepost dengan bantuan Google Web Accelerator. Pada intinya ini mirip sama Nitro. Cuma, Nitro lebih diutamakan bagi yang punya koneksi 56K, sementara kalo Google Web Accelerator lebih diutamakan bagi yang punya koneksi 128K, mungkin biar delay datanya nggak terlalu kerasa.

Dari hasil percobaan selama 1 jam pertama, mungkin emang terlalu cepet kalo dibilang review, Google Web Accelerator ini lumayan kenceng dan emang lumayan bikin cepet, bahkan pada gw yang cuma 64K, koneksinya.

Tapi masih ada satu kelemahan lagi sih.. mungkin emang indonesia nya yang dodol. Lagi lagi ga bisa IIX

Cuma kalo performa.. ya lumayan lah. Tapi ini nggak kaya Nitro yang force connect ke web nya. Jadi kalo XL gw, yang notabene suka idle, kalo jadi idle ya Google Web Accelerator ini nggak bisa ngapa2in..

Beda sama Nitro yang XL gw ga bisa jadi idle karena dia force connect. Itu aja sih bedanya. Buruk buat yang punya inet nggak jelas karena ISP busuk dan koneksi ndut2an.

Tapi kalo koneksinya udah sip, stabil, macam Starone, pake GWA ini bakal lebih cepet karena pada dasarnya Google ngirimin data yang udah terkompres, dan di dekompres lagi di komputer kita.

Kalo pengguna Telkomnet Instan dan XL dudul, mendingan pake Nitro. Bagusnya, GWA ini free. Dan kayaknya akan seterusnya Free.

kirain ini bisa force connect ke websitenya, ternyata enggak. cuma kompressor doang kayaknya.. tapi ini masih beta.. semoga kedepannya lebih sip lagi.
