humm

dulu spidol gw ping 60ms

lam lama naik terus ampe sekarang paling rendah 120, dan ga stabil naik ampe 999.

download speed juga cuman dapet segini (liat screenshot)




dan kayaknya banyak pengguna speedy yang murka.

gimana sih cara tuntut telkom speedy ke pengadilan?

kan kalo ga salah kita bisa bikin class action suit

dana nya, kita urunan (patungan) bareng2 aja

orang pelanggan spidol se-Indonesia bersatu melakukan class action suit.

kita bikin selebaran, dan kalo ada dana banyak, bikin Iklan di Koran, Majalah IT (chip, dll) untuk melakuakan class action suit ke telkom speedy.

kalo pelanggan spidol se-indonesia melakukan class action suit, kan kudunya bisa menang kita.

tapi tuntutannya apa yah O_o

turunin harga?
perbaiki reliabilitas koneksi?

atau minta Overhaul spidol total O_o

kalo mo nuntut perusahaan gitu, harus ada bukti definitif dari pihak penuntut loh. apakah memang merugikan, trus lebih tepat lagi,m apakah tidak tepat dengan klausa TOS speedy.
mereka ga kasih statement uptime 100% dan selalu stabil segitu. download speed juga 'up to', selain itu argumentasi karena kondisi lapangan bisa berbalik ntar.

bisa2 malah dituntut balik karena pencemaran nama baek ha5x

kan di kontrak spidol ada QoS nya

yang gw bingung, disana kan ada tulisan seperti gini
kalo akses bermasalha selama 3 hari, (apa 2 hari yah), akan diberi kompensasi

tapi yang pas spidol mati se indonesia itu juga ga dapt kompensasi -_-

btw kalo balik nuntut, telkom nya yang pusing dung,
kan class action suit

yang nuntut telkom bisa jutaan orang XD

kl mau hindarin masalah mendingan complain ke CS ato tinggalin speedy aja, cari ISP lain.
ato kl lo bener2 ngebet pengen tuntut speedy, coba bikin thread ini di forum CHIP, wa yakin banyak yang mau ikut2an lo.

Telkom perusahaan besar, duitnya pasti banyak dan dia siap mati-matian membela perusahaannya. Lha situ ada duit banyak nggak? . Di negara maju masih bisa beginian, lha di Indo yang pengadilan bisa dibeli make duit??

Sebenarnya ping 120ms itu kemana sih? Lalu download segitu itu terus2-an atau nggak? Mendingan komplain dulu ke Telkom Plaza gih sono kalau perlu minta ketemu manajernya . Mendingan begitu dulu sebelum main class action. Dituntut balik nyaho lo ...

Gw ke plaza telkom tiap bulan, soalnya tagihan selalu salah.

Dan saat gw tanyakan soal spidol gw yang gak beres, plaza telkom selalu bilang. 'layanan teknis melalui 147 mas'.

Nah, gw ke 147 juga udah telpon terus tiap hari. 1 hari 2x.

Ampe sekarang masi ga beres spidolnya.


Kalo ganti ISP, susah. Lha di semarang paling murah spidol.

Coba ada si fastnet. .

Lebih murah dari spidol, seandainya layanannya buruk kayak spidool tapi harga segitu. Gw masi maklum.

Lha spidol udah tagihan tiap bulan salah, pelan, ga beres2, ping ga jelas . .
