JAKARTA, MINGGU--Situs- situs ****o di Indonesia bakal berguguran! Maraknya situs-situs berbau ****ografi, membuat Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Menkominfo) , Prof Ir Mohammad Nuh DEA, tak mau berdiam diri. Sebentar lagi, para pengguna internet tidak diperbolehkan lagi mengirimkan gambar ****o dan berjudi.

Melalui, Rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, para pelaku yang sengaja menyebarkan informasi elektronik dan isinya memiliki muatan ****ografi, ****oaksi, perjudian, dan atau tindak kekerasan melalui komputer atau sistem elektronik, maka akan dituntut hukuman penjara tiga tahun penjara. Selain itu, para pelakunya juga akan dikenai denda sebesar Rp 1 miliar.

Sanksi pidana maupun denda itu tertuang dalam Pasal 42 (1) -Ketentuan pidana. Bunyinya: Setiap orang yang melanggar ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 26, dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 3 (tiga) tahun dan pidana denda paling banyak Rp.1.000.000. 000,-. (satu milyar rupiah).

Di dalam Bab VII Pasal 26 disebutkan, "Setiap orang dilarang menyebarkan informasi elektronik yang memiliki muatan ****ografi, ****oaksi, perjudian, dan atau tindak kekerasan melalui komputer atau sistem elektronik."

"Kita akan melakukan pendekatan persuasif lebih dahulu. Kecuali, kalau RUU tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik sudah disahkan. Dan ke depan kita juga akan melakukan kerja sama dengan Polri untuk mencegah ****ografi yang sudah merebak di internet," kata Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Menkominfo) , Prof Ir Mohammad Nuh DEA, kepada Persda Network, Minggu (23/3). hacker denda 2 milyar? emang bisa mendeteksi hacker ada dimana gitu di indonesia
