Inno3D serius memasuki pasar nVidia ION, dengan dua mini-ITX motherboardnya. Inno3D ION Motherboard sebelumnya ditampilkan di Computex.
[cut]Menurut Hexus.net, akan ada dua versi motherboard, satu dengan single-core Intel Atom N270 dan yang lain dengan dual-core Atom 330 prosesor. Motherboard ini adalah yang terbaik yang bisa Anda dapatkan dengan Atom. Kedua versi akan dipaket dengan NVidia Geforce 9400M grafis yang terintegrasi, clocked pada 450MHz untuk core dan 1100MHz untuk 16 stream prosesor. [/cut]

iChill ION didinginkan oleh heatsink yang meliputi sebagian besar motherboard dan juga dilengkapi dengan tambahan 6cm fan untuk pendinginan ekstra. Sama seperti ZOTAC ION solusi ini juga memiliki slot mini PCIe yang datang dengan preinstalled Draft-N Wi-Fi. Sisa fitur termasuk tiga SATA port SATA internal dengan kabel listrik, dan dua slot DDR2 DIMM dengan dukungan hingga 8GB DDR2 667/800 memory.

Backpanel dikemas dengan ketat PS/2 keyboard port, DVI, D-Sub dan HDMI output, enam port USB 2.0, satu Ethernet port, eSATA, audio, WiFi antena dan konektor untuk eksternal bundled listrik 90W. Sayangnya harga atau tanggal ketersediaan belum diumumkan
