Nvidia yang baru-baru ini angkat bicara mengenai chip grafis buatan intel yang dianggap sebagai "lawakan" yang bertujuan untuk menentang pernyataan bahwa chip grafis intel bekerja lebih baik di level low-end, akhirnya mengambil langkah lebih lanjut dengan bekerjasama dengan VIA untuk membuat processor dengan chip grafis yang memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dari pada processor celeron dengan chip grafis intel.



Dalam rapat analys finansial perusahaan Nvidia, Nvidia mengusulkan untuk membuat proyek baru yang disebut dengan "The World's Most Affordable Vista Premium PC". Proyek baru ini menggunakan processor VIA isaiah sebagai pasangan integrated chipset Nvidia.

Nvidia memperhitungkan bahwa penggabungan VIA isaiah dengan Nvidia IGP sangat baik untuk menghasilkan 36 GFLOPS sedangkan intel celeron-based sytem berchipset Intel 945 IGP/ICH4 hanya menghasilkan 6.4 GFLOPS.

Nvidia juga mengklaim bahwa proyek ini dapat mensupport Windows Vista Premium (DX10) dan blu-ray HD dengan harga kurang dari $45.

kebanyakan orang berpikir bahwa processor yang digunakan VIA adalah C7-M. Akan tetapi processor yang digunakan VIA ini menjanjikan akan melebihi performa dari intel chipset. Hasil Crystal Benchmark membuktikan Isaiah mempunyai performa 280% lebih cepat dalam perhitungan ALU dan 190% lebih cepat dalam perhitungan FPU bila dibandingkan dengan C7-M.
