[Review] Patriot Signature Line PC5300 1GB - 15-02-07, 05:42
Memory value dari Patriot. Saya kurang begitu jelas mengenai chip dari memory ini. Entah Elpida atau Powerchip? Sepertinya sayang untuk membuka heatspreader demi mencari memory chip type dikarenakan takut akan garansi menjadi tidak berlaku lagi. Harga memory lumayan terjangkau, beberapa waktu lalu saya ambil dengan harga $130.

DDR-2 667 @ 667 4-4-4-12 1.8V


DDR-2 667 @ 800 5-5-5-15 1.9V


DDR2-667 @ 1000 5-5-5-15 2.3V


Kecepatan default di 667 5-5-5-15 bisa diperketat timingnya menjadi 4-4-4-12 tanpa menambahkan voltase. Memory value rating PC5300 DDR2-667Mhz ini juga sanggup berjalan di kecepatan 1000Mhz (PC8000) 5-5-5-15 di 2.3V (+0.5V). Ratio 1:1 cukup menarik untuk (misal) Core 2 Duo FSB 1066 berlari di bus 500, FSB 2000.

Tentunya rekomendasi terbaik adalah berjalan di speed default (DDR2-667 CL5 1.8V). Atau katakanlah ingin berjalan di bus 400 ratio 1:1, maka memory ini layak dipertimbangkan untuk berjalan di DDR2-800 CL5 1.9V. Tweak 24/7 yang paling reasonable, mengingat overvoltaged +0.1V masih relatif kecil.

beco di 667MHz bisa tuh di 4-4-4-10-14-1T dengan default vcore and masih sanggup di oc ke 685MHz lebih tinggi gak tau dah belom nyoba

Btw, target jalan di 800Mhz 1.9V sudah baiklah. Cukup reasonable untuk DDR667 value.

Mobo gw gak bisa lebih dari 700-an payah gw dah nambah voltage ampe 2,3v and gw longgarin timing nya ampe ke 5-6-6-20 aja di 800 gak mau jalan
