Patriot memory merupakan merek yang bisa dikatakan baru di indonesia jika dibandingkan dengan kingstone dan corsair, tetapi merek ini sudah cukup ternama di luar negri. kali ini saya akan mereview patriot seri signature line yang memiliki kecepatan 800MHz.

Patriot signature line memang bisa dikatakan unik, apalagi di indonesia karena konon techno solution selaku distributor resmi patriot memang sengaja memesan heat spreader berwarna biru itu kepada pihak patriot khusus untuk indonesia.

saya melakukan pengujian untuk mengukur seberapa besar bandwith dari memory ini dengan menggunakan sisoft sandra XII



dengan spesifikasi pengujian sebagai berikut:
- X2 4000+ @ 2400MHz untuk mem speed default DDR2 800MHz
- X2 4000+ @ 2700MHz untuk mem speed DDR2 900MHz


Tegangan default dari patriot ini adalah 1.8 - 1.85v

Bandwith pada kecepatan default



Bandwith tersebut dicapai dengan tegangan default dan timming default 5-5-5-15-20-2T.

Saya melakukan sedikit overclocked pada ram ini, dan ada sesuatu yang menarik, yaitu setiap saya menambah sekitar 33-34MHz pada kecepatan ram ini maka saya pun harus menambah tegangan sebesar 0.05 v. jadi pada speed 900MHz saya membutuhkan tegangan sebesar 2.05 v



Bandwith yang dihasilkan




Yang sangat disayangkan Ram ini tidak dapat berjalan pada command rate 1T. dengan default speed dan timming dirubah ke 5-5-5-15-20-1T tegangan ditambah menjadi 2.1v saja super PI 1M pun tidak lolos.

Pros
- Memory value yang memiliki heat spreader
- Untuk OC ringan sangat mencukupi


Cons
- Tidak dapat berjalan di command rate 1T

Alternatif
- Team Elite
- Adata Vitesta

ini dah diturunin dari 10.5 ke 10

but nih patriot dari beberapa pengujian twinmos twister tuh punya karakteristik yang sama. diantaranya gak isa 1T dan butuh voltase gede buat nyampe di 900-an dengan timming 4-4-4-12-15-2T. jadi bisa berhemat disini dengan harga lebih murah bisa dapetin performa setara twinmos twister yang harganya lebih mahal
