Dengan menggunakan produk BETA, maka ada beberapa hal yg menjadi risiko pribadi si pemakai diluar tanggung jawab developer.
ambil contoh untuk driver VGA,
1. Terjadi kerusakan permanen pada hardware (ini paling parah),
2. Sering hang di game/aplikasi X,
3. Crash pada OS, parahnya lagi OS jadi corrupt.
4. Seperti sebelumnya sudah disebutkan bahwa risiko diluar tanggung jawab developer. maka dengan menyetujui EULA maka jalur hukum elektronik tidak bisa dilakukan. jika masalah yg terjadi sudah merugikan END USER (misalnya mengakibatkan crash pada sistem mengakibatkan server database rusak/ timbul damage pada media penyimpanan)

jadi klo selama ini, driver tersebut dianggap g bermasalah. y silahkan aja pake.
hanya saja, untuk pemakaian terhadap fasilitas umum / kantor sebaiknya perhatikan EULA tersebut.
