Di Eropa sono, waktu musim apa gitu, waktu siangnya lebih sedikit dari waktu malam. Dan waktu siangnya lebih awal, jadi jamnya dimajuin 1 jam biar bisa ngerasain waktu siang sama banyak kayak musim lain. AFAIK gitu ...
