Tanggal 1 bulan april, tahun 2008... UN telah mendapat kabar dari berbagai pihak tentang peresmian RUU IIT yang baru ini. tapi tampaknya ada beberapa peraturan yang dianggap terlalu menekan HAM. karena itu, sekjen PBB ingin mendiskusikan RUU ITT baru ini di kubu dunia beberapa minggu lagi, karena beritanya cukup panjang, silahkan liat sendiri di website ini:
