kan wkt itu sy mo buat partisi baru. Apa mungkin fdisk gak dukung format NTFS ya?


Smp skrg pun sy msh pake bootable 98 utk format, buat partisi dan instal ulang. Udah sreg aja ma dosnya, lebih awet hasil instalasinya kalo menurut sy.

@tiger
pd kasus sy, sebagian besar akan ditemukan badsector ketika diformat.

Kayaknya sih permanent. Anehnya lg ketika diformat pake dos kelihatan bad sectornya (format 20 gb bisa smp setengah hari), tp ketika diformat pake windows gak ada masalah. Dan ketika hd tu dipake, jdnya super lemot. Makanya yg servis disuruh ganti hd.

Ya makanya ntu, sy nyaranin ma yg punya tu hdd agar ganti hdd aj. T_T

Btw kayaknya ada yg aneh . Sykan gi nanyain pengalaman sy dulu wkt msh kuliah trus nyambi dit4 servisan kompie milik temen. Knp koq kebanyakan hdd yg kena kasus diatas (posting sblmnya) rata2 berformat NTFS. Oleh krn ntu smp skrg agak mikir2 juga kalo disuruh convert dr fat32 ke NTFS.

Kesimpulan sy msh spt sblmnya, format NTFS bs memperpendek umur hdd. Tp krn sy butuh tempat menyimpan file yg berukuran >4 gb, terpaksa satu partisi diconvert jd NTFS. Secara tu partisi bkn file sistem, sy anggap partisi tsb jarang terbaca ma sistem. Insya4JJ1 hdd umurnya agak lama. v^_^

yah, smoga aja dugaan sy kl NTFS adalah biang badsector salah.

Sy ucapkan terima kasih buat bantuannya ya kk2. Sy harap tetep bersedia bantu sy dithread2 yg laen.
