HALO 3: Recon ganti nama jadi HALO 3: ODST - 26-11-08, 03:44



Halo 3: yang seyogya nya jadi nama expansi berikutnya dari serial HALO 3, dikabarkan berganti nama. Menurut post yang dilansir oleh Major Nelsen, penamaan terbaru dari serial ini menjadi HALO 3: ODST.


Penamaaan ODST sendiri diambil dari singkatan (Orbital Drop Shock Trooper) yakni sebuah special unit dibawah UNSC military yang beroperasi terhadap misi2 dengan skala kecil dan spesifik.

"ODST" (literally pronounced "Oh-Dee-Ess-Tee" and not "ohdst") is the acronym for "Orbital Drop Shock Trooper." This special forces branch of the UNSC military force is called into action for highly specialized, small scale operations. ODST units were deployed during portions of the Halo 2 and Halo 3 campaign and have also been featured in some of the Halo novels. Tapi jangan khawatir dikabarkan Recon Armor juga masih ikut disertakan dalam final release versionnya nanti.

dah tambahin pake trailer tuh diatas, namanya udah resmi berubah...tp trailernya masi sama kaya yang di TGS kemaren...cuma ganti ODST dari Recon.


Uniknya...gw udah pernah baca dulu di Gamespot beberapa bulan sebelum HALO 3 : Recon dipublikasikan di TGS. Saat itu diberitakan klo Bungie sedang mengerjakan project game HALO terbaru, nama project nya HALO 3: ODST a.K.a HALO 3 :Shark Troopers..

Entah kenapa namanya ganti Recon pas TGS microsoft Keynotes, heheh..Akhirnya Bungie balik ke nama awal

Because of what...??
