Ada yang punya informasi tentang keamanan (kekuatan & kelemahan) server mySQL g, soalnya aku lagi nyoba bikin situs pake server ini, maklum masih baru?

itu yg di baris ke-2.
klo ada yg punya informasi tentang security dari mySQL Server, boleh lha di share gitu lho.

yg dimaksud dari security disini, misalnya tentang apakah mySQL rentan terhadap serangan hacker (baik yg ingin melihat/mencuri/merubah data didalamnya). klo rentan dari serangan hacker bagaimana modus yang dilakukan oleh hacker tersebut untuk menjebol sistem keamanan server tersebut?

mySQL Server tentu lemah akan 'SQL Injection' yg dapat di inject dengan query SQL itu sendiri apabila applikasi yg memakai database MySQL itu vulnerable akan 'SQL Injection',

jadi bikin situs itu kira2 kayak gini :
- Web Server (apache) <-- aman kalo terupdate
- Database (MySQL) <-- tergantung applikasinya
- applikasi (PHP, ASP) <-- tergantung web masternya

biasanya situs bikinanmu itu nantinya bisa di uji keamanannya / di hack tentu atas ijin dari si pembuat situs tsb (di AUDIT).

klo g salah SQLInjection itu harus dilakukan langsung pada mySQL server, apa bisa klo dilakukan dari tempat lain?

dari daftar bikin situs yg mas baghostito tulis itu, aku kurang paham sama nomor 2 ini

repot juga klo ngandelin backup, proses backup itu sendiri kan dilakukan dilakukan per minggu atau per bulan. sedang proses transaksi data itu terjadi setiap jam/menit bahkan detik.
klo sampe servernya di hack/modifikasi orang (server databasenya) bisa BRaBe

pake apapun, password itu cuma efektif untuk menentukan suatu hak akses, tapi data masih bisa di curi waktu di transfer. langkah teraman untuk mengatasi pencurian seperti ini paling2 hanya algorithma enskripsi yg kuat pada data yang akan ditransfer.

yg aku masih bingung dulu pernah ada berita orang yang ngeHack/Modifikasi data di dalam suatu server database (bukan yang sedang ditransfer). server database tsb terhubung dengan jaringan internet. itu artinya server juga rentan dengan serangan hacker kan.

Pertanyaannya, apakah mySQL server juga vulnerable seperti itu?
