:) Arti sertifikasi di dunia kerja.. - 05-10-07, 13:39
semakin maraknya bermunculan lembaga2 kursus dan pelatihan kerja yang menawarkan beberapa paket, mulai dari kursus aplikasi office, design grafis, bahasa pemrograman, networking sampai database administrator. menimbulkan pertanyaan "apakah arti sertifikasi di dunia kerja?".

sebenarnya apakah sertifikasi itu efektif dan menjamin pemiliknya betul2 mahir ato tidak menggunakan aplikasi yang tercantum di dalam sertifikat itu, melihat beberapa aplikasi tidak mudah untuk digunakan secara continue setelah lulus dari lembaga2 tersebut (seperti: perangkat2 CISCO, perangkat network, dll)?
atau hanya sebagai prasyarat dari beberapa orang yang memang sudah mahir dalam bidang itu untuk mempermudah pencarian pekerjaan?

lalu bagaimana dengan nasib pemula (belum kenal) dan orang yang hanya ingin ikut2an temannya kursus?

buat juragan2 yang punya pendapat, silahkan-lah

rata-rata sertifikat dari microsoft tuh emang harus melalui inet. and susah masuk sini becc, cuman ada 97 orang doang di microsoft indonesia
