mungkin bisa di tes pegang pake tangan ajah northbridge nya, kalo panas menyengat biasanya kisaran 60 derajat. kalo 120 derajat gitu mah bisa melepuh tangan

kemungkinan besar salah baca ajah biosnya, abis suhu sampe bilangan ratus gitu udah parah

Ganti cooler bisa juga salah satu solusi


Tapi klo bisa, solusi pertama benahin airflow di dalam casing dulu. Dari pihak mobo kan cuma kasih passive hsf apa adanya di NB ataupun SB. So, sebaiknya diberi airflow yang cukup baik agar passive hsf itu bisa bekerja optimal.
Ada juga member sini yang make cara klasik mengoptimalkan airflow dengan menyembur kipas angin rakasasa di samping casing

Solusi kedua, coba bro copot HSF NB dan SB, trus bersihin make tissue dan alcohol (di atas 75%). Lalu oles lagi dengan thermal grease berkualitas (Arctic Cooling MX-2 misal). Trus dibalikin lagi dan di coba, tambah dingin enggak.


Solusi ke 3, ya ganti cooler NB. Perlu dipertimbangkan:
- Chip Chilla (with fan)
- Noctua NC-U6 (fanless)
- Thermalright HR-05 dan HR-05 SLI (fanless)
- Thermaltake Extreme Spirit II (with fan)
