EIST ama C1E itu fiturnya processor untuk mengurangi tegangan processor dan speed processor jika pada kondisi tidak dipakai atau idle. Kalau lagi dipakai, speednya langsung normal lagi. Jadi, itu tidak apa-apa... Biar hemat listrik dan nggak cepet panas aja...

Itu ada dalam CPU fiture dibios bro..
Fungsinya C1E yaitu biar klo ga kerja/idle procienya multi turun jadi 6x sehingga clock procie juga ikut turun.seperti yg dijelaskan bro beco td..
Seiring itu vcore jg ikut turun cos procie ga perlu vcore tinggi.
Mungkin biar lebih adem dan irit daya kali ya...
