JAKARTA, MINGGU - Dasar hacker, tak pandang bulu siapa yang akan diusili. Siapa menyangka website resmi organisasi yang mengelola nama domain Internet dan alamat IP (Internet Protocol) di seluruh dunia pun dikerjai.

Pengganggu yang menamakan dirinya NetDevilz, kelompok hacker paling disegani di Turki, berhasil mengotak-atik web milik Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Dalam serangan ini, pengunjung web kedua organisasi tersebut dialihkan ke web hosting lainnya yang telah disiapkan oleh pengganggunya di atspace.com.

"You think you control the domains but you don't! Everybody knows wrong. We control the domains including ICANN! Don't you believe us?" Demikian pesan yang ditinggalkan si pengganggu.

Dalam Bahasa Indonesia, kira-kira artinya demikian, "Kamu kira kamu mengendalikan domain, namun tidak! Setiap orang tahu itu salah. Kami yang mengendalikan domain termasuk ICANN! Percayalah?"

Seperti dilaporkan situs pemantau serangan web, Zone H, alamat internet yang diusili antara lain icann.net, icann.com, iana.com, dan iana-servers.com. Untung kejadian hari Kamis (25/6) tersebut hanya berlangsung sekitar 20 menit dan langsung diatasi.

"Kami coba menghubungi si defacer melalui email namun mereka menolak memberi tahu bagaimana cara mengubah rekaman DNS, meski demikian jelas menggunakan teknik cross-site scripting (XSS) dan cross-site request forgery (CSRF)," tulis Zone H. Identitas NetDevilz sebelumnya juga muncul pada serangan sejenis pada situs ****ografi Redtube dan situs penyimpan foto Photobucket.
